Who can take part

  • You’re having a lumbar (lower back) interbody fusion from L2 to S1 using INFUSE bone graft during ALIF or OLIF surgery
  • You’re age 18 or older and can understand the study and sign consent
  • Before surgery, you tried non-surgical treatments for at least 6 months
  • Your planned surgery matches the device labeling (it’s being used in the approved way and location)
  • You don’t have an allergy to key materials in the product (including rhBMP-2, bovine collagen) or to titanium/PEEK materials used with it
  • You’re not pregnant or breastfeeding
