This study tests whether a type of brain stimulation guided by a brain scan (MRI) can improve speech and language (“aphasia”) after a stroke. It may help people who have trouble producing speech but can still understand others’ words.

Who can take part
- Your stroke was your first one, caused by a blockage in the left middle brain artery, confirmed on an MRI
- Your stroke happened at least 3 months ago
- You have non-fluent aphasia (trouble speaking/producing words), but your understanding of others is relatively preserved
- You’re a native Polish speaker and were right-handed before your stroke
- You can safely have a 1.5T MRI and don’t have strong claustrophobia
- You can follow tasks during language testing and therapy, and you can provide informed consent
