Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 95 years old
- You have chronic limb-threatening poor blood flow with an ulcer (Rutherford 5) or gangrene (Rutherford 6), confirmed by tests
- Doctors say a standard bypass or endovascular procedure won’t work for your limb, or there’s no suitable vein/target for it
- You can have the treatment safely based on the size of the main artery near the crossover area for the device
- Your main wound is stable (not rapidly worsening), and you’re able to follow wound care, medications, and follow-up visits
- If you have diabetes, your blood sugar control must be reasonably stable (HbA1c under 10%)
