Who can take part

  • You are age 18 or older and can sign consent
  • You have CRT-eligible heart failure with left bundle branch block (LBBB) and a wide QRS (130 ms or more)
  • Your heart rhythm is sinus rhythm (not ongoing atrial fibrillation)
  • Your left heart pumping is reduced (ejection fraction 35% or less) and you have symptoms despite care (NYHA II or higher)
  • You’ve been on stable heart failure medicines for at least 6 months and had no major heart procedure in the last 6 months
