Who can take part

  • You have heart failure from blocked arteries or other heart muscle disease.
  • You have symptoms like shortness of breath or fatigue with activity or at rest (NYHA class II to IV).
  • Your heart's pumping strength (left ventricle ejection fraction) is 40% or less.
  • An ECG shows your heart's electrical signal is wider than 130 milliseconds (wide QRS).
  • You have a specific type of electrical block called 'left bundle branch block' (LBBB), confirmed by a special heart test.
