Who can take part

  • You (or your legal guardian) must sign an ethics-approved consent form before any screening tests.
  • You have advanced lung cancer or triple-negative breast cancer confirmed by lab tests.
  • Your tumor must test positive for EGFR or B7H3 using an approved stain test within 3 months.
  • Your scans must show at least one measurable tumor spot, and your doctor expects you to live at least 12 weeks.
  • Your health status must be fairly strong (ECOG 0–1) and major organs must be working well based on blood tests and heart scan (LVEF at least 50%).
  • You must be able to use birth control for a long period after the infusion (and for men, contraception is also required).
