Who can take part

  • Be 18 years old or older
  • Have a genetic (DNA) confirmation of mitochondrial myopathy
  • Have a mitochondrial DNA mutation and mainly muscle-related symptoms
  • Be able to walk, with or without help (like a cane or walker)
  • Be able to join video visits for at least a year (phone or computer with camera and internet)
  • Agree to the study and be covered by French social security; use reliable contraception if you could become pregnant
