Who can take part

  • You have an advanced or metastatic solid tumor (tumors that have spread), including certain brain tumors
  • Your tumor (or blood test) shows a qualifying BRAF change, either V600 or certain non-V600 types
  • Your cancer has gotten worse during or after your most recent treatment, with no other good options
  • You must have had the specific prior treatments required for your cancer type and study “cohort”
  • If you have brain metastases, the largest one must be 4 cm or smaller
  • You cannot be on current cancer pills or other small-molecule cancer drugs when treatment starts
