Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.
- Your Parkinson's medications have been stable for at least 4 weeks.
- You have chronic pain related to Parkinson's that has lasted at least 3 months, with average pain in the last month at 4 or higher on a 0-10 scale (0 = no pain).
- You are able to have an MRI and a PET scan.
- You have not taken any drugs that affect serotonin type 1A receptors in the last 4 weeks.
