Who can take part

  • Be age 18 or older and able to give consent (or have a legal representative).
  • Have multiple myeloma that can be measured in blood or urine, and you’ve received at least two prior treatment lines.
  • You must have previously received: a proteasome inhibitor, an immune-modulating drug, and an anti-CD38 antibody (like daratumumab), and your disease must not have responded to daratumumab.
  • Your myeloma cells must show CD38 on testing from a bone marrow sample (by flow test or tissue staining).
  • Your body must be able to tolerate treatment: adequate blood counts, acceptable liver/kidney blood tests, and enough overall energy (Karnofsky score above 60%).
  • You can’t have had daratumumab (or other anti-CD38 antibody) within the last 3 months, prior radiation with too much bone marrow exposure, or a history of radioactive (radiopharmaceutical) therapy.
