Who can take part

  • You have advanced or recurring solid cancer that is still present
  • Your daily function is good (ECOG 0 or 1—fully active or limited but up and able)
  • You can provide tumor tissue for testing (stored tumor tissue or a small biopsy), unless it is unsafe for you
  • You need a recent brain MRI if you have triple-negative breast cancer, or prior brain metastases, or brain-related symptoms
  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot (a target lesion) if you are in the DES part of the study
  • You have not previously received an antibody drug called an ADC with an “auristatin” payload
