Testing dual-target CAR T cells for B-cell blood cancers

19 and 22+ B Cell Hematologic Tumors19 and 20+ B Cell Hematologic Tumors

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer clinical trials.

This Phase 1 study tests CAR T cells designed to attack B-cell blood cancers using two targets (CD19 and CD20/CD22). It may help people whose cancer has come back or not responded to standard treatments, but it is mainly to check safety and early effectiveness.

Who can take part

  • You have a relapsed or treatment-resistant B-cell blood cancer
  • Your cancer cells test positive for CD19 and also CD20 or CD22
  • You are between 18 and 70 years old, and you have tumors that can be measured
  • Your overall health is good enough for treatment: energy score (ECOG) 0–2 and organ tests within set limits
  • You have an estimated life expectancy of more than 3 months
  • If you can become pregnant, you must use birth control starting before treatment and for 6 months after

NCT06735495Recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
Two-target CAR T cells for relapsed B-cell blood cancers

This trial tests a new type of immunotherapy that uses your own immune cells engineered to recognize two cancer targets (CD19 and CD22) to treat B-cell blood cancers that have come back or not responded to standard treatments. It may offer a treatment option when other therapies have stopped working.

CAR T cells targeting CD19 and CD20 for relapsed B-cell cancers

This trial tests a new type of CAR T-cell therapy that targets two markers (CD19 and CD20) on B-cell cancer cells. It is for people whose B-cell leukemia or lymphoma has come back or not responded to standard treatments.

Wuhan, Hubei
NCT04283006Recruiting· Early Phase 1
CAR T-cell treatment for hard-to-treat B-cell blood cancers

This early-phase trial tests a special kind of immune cell treatment (CAR T cells) that targets CD20 and CD22 in people with relapsed or refractory B-cell cancers. It may help by attacking cancer cells that survived prior treatments, but it is still being studied for safety and early effectiveness.

Bispecific CAR T cells for blood cancers

This trial tests a new type of immunotherapy called bispecific CAR T cells that target two markers (CD19 and CD20) on cancer cells. It is for people with certain B-cell blood cancers that have come back or not responded to other treatments.

NCT05648019Recruiting· Phase 2
CD19 CAR T-cell therapy for tough B-cell blood cancers

This Phase 2 study tests a one-time CAR T-cell treatment aimed at CD19, a target found on many B-cell leukemias and lymphomas. It’s for people whose disease has come back or hasn’t responded to prior treatments, or who can’t have a stem cell transplant.
