Who can take part
- You have confirmed colon or rectal adenocarcinoma (verified by biopsy/pathology)
- Your cancer plan includes standard adjuvant treatment with capecitabine plus oxaliplatin
- You can do daily activities fairly well (ECOG 0 to 2)
- You can read, speak, and understand Danish
- You have no prior chemotherapy known to harm nerves (neurotoxic chemotherapy)
- You can agree to consent and to a skin biopsy
