Who can take part
- You are 18–75 years old, and can be male or female
- You have advanced liver cancer (HCC) that can’t be removed with surgery and/or local procedures, or it has come back or grown after them
- You have not had prior whole-body (systemic) treatment for HCC
- Your scans show at least one measurable tumor spot, and the scan is within 21 days before starting
- Your liver reserve and blood counts are good (Child-Pugh A or B, no history of hepatic encephalopathy)
- Your heart, lungs, infection status, and blood clot/bleeding risks are controlled enough for safe study treatment
