Who can take part

  • You can understand the study and sign informed consent
  • You are physically able to safely complete a resistance exercise training program
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 35
  • You do not have serious active heart, lung, or stroke-related conditions that are not well controlled
  • You do not have major metabolic, clotting, or significant nerve or muscle problems (example given: epilepsy)
  • You can safely have MRI scans and you can take rapamycin without vaccine timing conflicts
