  • Be a healthy person with no known diseases (no diabetes)
  • Be a man aged 22 to 35
  • Do not smoke
  • Have a body mass index (BMI) between 18.0 and 25.0
  • Be moderately active (your fitness level must fall in a specific range) and not exercise more than 6 hours per week
  • Do not take any medications
