Who can take part

  • You have a related donor matched well enough (3 out of 6 to 5 out of 6 matches) and the donor test does not show an incompatible response in the transplant direction
  • You can have your performance/strength level assessed and score 70% or higher
  • You have a blood cancer where your doctors expect a high risk of relapse with less intense (non-myeloablative) treatment before transplant
  • Your heart pumping function is strong enough (LVEF 45% or higher)
  • Your lungs work well enough (FEV, FVC, and lung DLCO are all 60% or higher)
  • Your liver and kidneys function are strong enough (bilirubin below 2.5, AST/ALT not more than 3 times normal, and kidney filtration 40 mL/min or higher)
