Who can take part

  • Your tumor must have the KRAS G12V (or closely similar NRAS/HRAS G12V) mutation found by a lab test on tumor tissue
  • You must have the HLA-A*11:01 marker on your body confirmed by the trial’s blood-matching lab
  • You must have had standard cancer treatment first (then your cancer returned or didn’t respond), or you must have a reason you couldn’t take standard treatment
  • You can have up to 3 small, not-too-symptomatic brain metastases (or treated ones that are stable for at least 1 month)
  • Your blood counts and organ function (liver/kidneys) must be strong enough for treatment
  • You must be HIV and hepatitis B/C negative, and you must avoid pregnancy/breastfeeding during and shortly after treatment
