Who can take part

  • You’re at least 20 years old.
  • You have non-small cell lung cancer that is stage IIIB, IIIC, IVA, or IVB.
  • Your tumor has an EGFR exon 19 deletion or exon 21 L858R mutation (confirmed by testing).
  • Your tumor is Globo H positive (Globo H H-score at least 100 on a central lab test).
  • You have been on erlotinib 150 mg/day for about 3 months (±1 month), and your cancer is stable or shrinking (SD or PR). You must be able to stay on the same erlotinib dose.
  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans, your general strength is ECOG 0–1, and your bloodwork/liver/kidney tests meet the study limits.
