Who can take part

  • Age 18 to 75 years old.
  • Advanced lung cancer that has spread to the liver, confirmed by biopsy.
  • You must have taken and progressed on a third-generation cancer pill (like osimertinib).
  • Your cancer must have a specific gene change called EGFR L858R, confirmed in a recent tissue or blood sample.
  • You have at least one liver tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You must be in fairly good health (able to do daily activities, with adequate organ function).
