Who can take part
- Age 10–18 and had a heart transplant at least 6 months ago
- Able to take part in sessions in English (no major language barrier)
- Home has enough space and setup for the MedBIKE™ bike/sessions
- Not had a recent rejection episode in the last 3 months
- Your heart doctor does not currently restrict exercise, and you do not have recent concerning test results (like unsafe rhythm issues)
- You should not have significant low oxygen needs, low oxygen levels, or moderate-or-worse heart pump weakness
