Exercise training at home for kids after heart transplant

Who can take part

  • Age 10–18 and had a heart transplant at least 6 months ago
  • Able to take part in sessions in English (no major language barrier)
  • Home has enough space and setup for the MedBIKE™ bike/sessions
  • Not had a recent rejection episode in the last 3 months
  • Your heart doctor does not currently restrict exercise, and you do not have recent concerning test results (like unsafe rhythm issues)
  • You should not have significant low oxygen needs, low oxygen levels, or moderate-or-worse heart pump weakness
