- Be 18 years old or older
- Score high enough on a stress questionnaire (K10) and/or fatigue (BFI) and/or sleep quality (PSQI) and/or pain (Numerical Pain Scale)
- Have access to the internet and a smartphone you can use for the app
- Be able to participate despite your vision, hearing, and thinking abilities (no severe barriers)
- Be able to follow study instructions while using the app
