- You are between 18 and 65 years old and live in Hong Kong
- You can read and speak Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
- You have had sleep difficulties (like taking too long to fall asleep, waking up for long periods, or having a very irregular sleep schedule) for at least 3 months
- You have a smartphone (iPhone or Android) and are willing to use an app that helps track and improve your sleep
- You are not doing any other psychological treatment for sleep problems right now or recently
- You do not work night shifts more than 2 nights a week
