Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of Mal de Débarquement Syndrome.
  • Your symptoms improve when you are moved passively (gentle movement can noticeably help).
  • Your balance test results (nystagmography) must be normal—no signs that your inner ear or brain balance system is functioning abnormally.
  • You do not have other major nervous system conditions that could explain symptoms (like multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s, epilepsy, or severe vision loss).
  • You can stand and walk without needing assistance because of leg or spine injuries.
  • Your anxiety levels are not extremely high, and you do not have severe fear of enclosed spaces.
