Who can take part
- You have confirmed metastatic nasopharyngeal cancer that has spread (stage IVb)
- You already completed 4–6 cycles of gemcitabine/cisplatin plus toripalimab and your scans showed complete or partial response
- You are between 18 and 65 years old and have an activity score (ECOG) of 0–1
- Blood tests meet limits: white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin, and albumin are high enough
- Your liver and kidney tests are acceptable for treatment
- You have at least one measurable cancer spot on scan and expect to live at least 12 weeks
