Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older and agree to sign informed consent.
- Your nasopharyngeal cancer must be confirmed by tissue biopsy (histopathology).
- Your cancer must have recurred and spread, and past platinum-based treatment must have failed.
- You must have at least one measurable tumor spot that can be tracked on scans (or it must have grown again after any prior radiation).
- You should be well enough for treatment (ECOG 0–1) and prior side effects must be back to mild or less (grade 1 or below).
