Who can take part

  • You were admitted to the ICU after an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest
  • Your heart rhythm at the start was either shockable or non-shockable (not limited to one type)
  • You had sustained return of circulation (ROSC) for at least 20 minutes and no chest compressions were needed
  • You are on a breathing machine for coma, with a low Glasgow score (≤ 8 out of 15)
  • You have a consent from a family member, or an emergency inclusion procedure was used
