This study collects real-world information about people with obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) who are being treated with mavacamten or other standard medicines. It aims to understand patient characteristics, treatment choices over time, and long-term outcomes.

Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older when you sign consent
- Have a diagnosis of obstructive HCM with certain heart measurements (not explained by other diseases)
- Have preserved heart pumping function (left ventricle ejection fraction at least 55%) from a recent ultrasound/scan
- Have ongoing symptoms even with treatment, such as being limited by activity (NYHA class II to IV in the U.S. study, II to III in Europe)
- Be on typical obstructive HCM medicines (beta blockers, some calcium channel blockers, and/or disopyramide) or currently not tolerating them, OR be starting mavacamten as part of routine care
- Not have certain other heart conditions that can mimic HCM (like amyloidosis or Fabry disease) or other specific valve problems
