Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (a heart condition that causes thickening of the heart muscle and blocks blood flow).
- Your doctor has prescribed mavacamten (Camzyos) for you, and you are willing to take it as directed.
- You are between 18 and 85 years old.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and if you could become pregnant, you agree to have pregnancy tests.

- You are not too heavy for the PET/CT scanner, and you do not have severe lung disease or weak heart pumping function.
