  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You have been prescribed Camzyos (mavacamten) for obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
  • You have agreed to join the study
  • You have not been in a trial for any heart muscle inhibitor before
  • You have taken Camzyos for 7 days or less at the time of the first survey
  • You have not had a heart attack with bypass surgery in the last 3 months, or a stroke or mini-stroke in the last 6 months
