Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with ADLD, with or without added tremor, by a specialist team (ear, nose, throat voice doctor, speech therapist, and neurologist)
- You are already planned to receive globus pallidus interna (GPi) deep brain stimulation for ADLD with tremor
- You are between 18 and 80 years old
- You have no signs of dementia, as judged by a neurologist
- Your mood and anxiety are not severely uncontrolled (high scores on standard depression/anxiety questionnaires, or clinician concern)
- You must be fully symptomatic even after botox has worn off: at least 3 months since your last vocal-cord botox shot
