- You have a confirmed diagnosis of essential tremor or dystonia that affects your voice (laryngeal dystonia) or causes voice tremor.
- Your condition has not responded well enough to medical treatments (it’s considered “medically refractory”).

- You are able to follow instructions, attend pre-op training tasks, and give informed consent.
