  • You are an adult age 18 to 62
  • Your spinal cord injury happened less than 12 months ago
  • You have been getting inpatient rehabilitation at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation (KIR)
  • After you leave KIR, you live in New Jersey (NJ)
  • You want to pursue competitive work or education/training that leads to competitive work
