This trial is testing a special PET scan that uses a radioactive tracer (18F-mFBG) to see how much it is taken up by the heart. The goal is to help tell Lewy body disease (Parkinson's or Lewy body dementia) apart from other brain disorders.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You are either in stable health or have no major changes in your condition for at least 30 days
- You have a diagnosis of Parkinson's disease or Lewy body dementia, or another brain disorder that is not caused by Lewy body disease
- You do not have heart disease like a prior heart attack or heart failure
- You can lie still on your back for up to 20 minutes
- You are not taking certain medications that can interfere with the scan (your doctor can help check)
