Who can take part
- You have non-keratinizing nasopharyngeal cancer confirmed by pathology (not keratinizing or basaloid type).
- Your cancer stage is T3–4 and involves lymph nodes on the same or different side (N1/N2/N3), with no spread to distant organs (M0).
- You received neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) first, and scans showed stable or progressive disease—not a complete or partial response.
- Your overall health is good enough (Karnofsky score above 70).
- Your blood counts, liver labs, and kidney function are within required ranges.
- You can’t be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must not have had prior radiation or prior chemotherapy/surgery to the main tumor or involved lymph nodes.
