Envafolimab plus chemoradiation and endostatin for advanced nasopharyngeal cancer

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • Your cancer is locally advanced (stage III or IVA) and has not spread to other parts of the body.
  • You have not had any prior radiation or chemotherapy for this cancer.
  • You are able to do most daily activities without help (ECOG 0-1).
  • You are willing to provide a tumor tissue sample and have blood tests for PD-L1 and EBV.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you do not have active hepatitis B or C, HIV, or other serious medical conditions.
