Who can take part
- You are 18 or older with IgA nephropathy confirmed by a kidney biopsy within the last 8 years.
- Your kidney function (eGFR) is at least 30 mL/min/1.73 m².
- Your urine protein level is at least 0.75 g/g (a measure of kidney damage).
- You must be on a stable dose of standard blood pressure medications (ACE inhibitors or ARBs) for at least 90 days.
- You need to have received vaccines for meningitis and pneumonia before starting the study drug.
- You cannot have taken certain immune-suppressing medicines within the last 90 days.
