Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of multiple myeloma, with measurable signs of the disease on specific lab tests (blood or urine), or high abnormal free light chains.
  • You have had 1 to 3 prior treatments for myeloma.
  • After at least one prior treatment, you had a minimal response (MR) or better, meaning the disease shrank or improved on that therapy.
  • Your disease has not clearly progressed during treatment, or within 60 days after your last proteasome inhibitor dose (with some specific exceptions for certain maintenance schedules).
  • You have not previously been treated with mezigdomide or pomalidomide.
  • If you previously took a bortezomib-containing regimen, you must not have stopped due to side effects or had less-than-minimal response (MR or better).
