Who can take part

  • You have multiple myeloma that has come back or is not responding to treatment, and you have at least one lesion outside the bone (extramedullary disease).
  • You are 18 or older and your general health level (ECOG score) is 0, 1, or 2.
  • You must have measurable signs of myeloma activity, such as a certain level of M-protein in blood or urine, or free light chains in blood.
  • Your kidney, liver, and blood cell counts meet minimum safety levels (doctor will check).
  • You have not recently used certain medications that interfere with the study drugs, and you agree to use birth control if needed.
