Who can take part

  • You must be between 12 months and 25 years old
  • Your tumor must be a low-grade glioma (WHO grade 1 or 2) with a BRAF V600 mutation
  • Your tumor must be measurable on scans (at least a certain size)
  • You must have good blood counts (neutrophils and platelets) and kidney/liver function before starting
  • You cannot have had certain other therapies (like chemotherapy or radiation) within specific timeframes, depending on which group you join
