Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older and can sign consent and follow study visits
- You have confirmed invasive breast cancer that is HER2-negative
- Your breast cancer is stage II to IIIC (not metastatic stage IV)
- You have not had prior treatment for this breast cancer (no chemo, hormone therapy, radiation, immunotherapy, etc.)
- Blood tests and organ function are good enough for treatment (including blood counts, liver, and kidney)
- Your heart ultrasound shows good heart strength (left ventricular ejection fraction at least 55%)
