Who can take part
- You have tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) confirmed by a medical diagnosis standard
- You have drug-resistant epilepsy linked to TSC with at least 8 seizures in 4 weeks
- Your age is between 3 months and 50 years at the time you would join
- A parent/caregiver (if needed) can understand and agree to the study, and you can follow study visits and rules
- You have not taken an mTOR inhibitor (a rapamycin-related seizure medicine) within the last 3 months
