Who can take part

  • Be between 19 and 39 years old
  • Have resting blood pressure at or below 150/90
  • Have a BMI below 35, or be otherwise healthy
  • Not have diabetes, kidney disease, lung diseases, or heart/blood-vessel problems
  • Be able to exercise safely and give blood (no limits from major heart, muscle, joint, or blood conditions/blood thinners)
  • Not currently smoke, vape, or use smokeless tobacco in the last 12 months, and not be pregnant
