  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma (JNA)
  • You are a boy aged 7 to 18 years
  • Your liver and kidney blood tests are in a safe range
  • Your tumor size on an MRI is above a certain amount (tumor volume over 35 ml), or you fit the study’s follow-up groups
  • You have not taken sirolimus (or similar mTOR medicines) before
