Who can take part

  • You have a complex vascular anomaly that did not respond to usual care (medicine, surgery, and/or injections/embolization).
  • Your blood counts are high enough: hemoglobin >10 g/dL, neutrophils >1500, and platelets >100,000.
  • Your liver and kidney tests are within required limits (including a creatinine clearance if kidney levels are borderline).
  • You are able to do study consent (and agree to follow study visits and treatment).
  • If you can become pregnant, you must use effective birth control during the study; the study also excludes pregnancy and breastfeeding.
  • Your overall strength is adequate (Karnofsky score >50).
