Who can take part

  • You must be at least 2 years old
  • You have a diagnosed blood, lymph, or mixed (venolymphatic) vessel malformation
  • You (or your child’s legal guardian) must be able and willing to sign consent for the study
  • You must not have had an organ transplant
  • You must not have a known immune system problem or a problem caused on purpose (artificial immunodeficiency)
  • You must not be taking medicines that block or strongly speed up how sirolimus is processed
