SABR plus Lu-PSMA for limited prostate cancer spread

Oligometastatic Prostate Cancer

Who can take part

  • You’re a man aged 18 or older and can sign consent
  • Your prostate cancer has been confirmed by biopsy/pathology as prostate adenocarcinoma
  • You previously had curative-intent treatment (radiation and/or surgery) for the original prostate cancer
  • Your scan shows 1–5 cancer spots in lymph nodes or bones on a PSMA PET/CT scan
  • You can safely receive SABR: your radiation oncologist says it’s appropriate
  • Your blood counts and kidney function are adequate, and you have good daily-function status (ECOG 0–1)
