Who can take part
- You’re a man aged 18 or older and can sign consent
- Your prostate cancer has been confirmed by biopsy/pathology as prostate adenocarcinoma
- You previously had curative-intent treatment (radiation and/or surgery) for the original prostate cancer
- Your scan shows 1–5 cancer spots in lymph nodes or bones on a PSMA PET/CT scan
- You can safely receive SABR: your radiation oncologist says it’s appropriate
- Your blood counts and kidney function are adequate, and you have good daily-function status (ECOG 0–1)
