Study drug for B7-H3 positive neuroblastoma after relapse

B7-H3-positive Relapsed/ Refractory Neuroblastoma

Who can take part

  • You have neuroblastoma that has either come back after treatment or was not controlled after chemotherapy
  • Your tumor tissue shows B7-H3 on the tumor cell surface (at least 1% of cells, with signal 1+ or higher)
  • You can be expected to live at least 3 months and you are well enough for study procedures (score above 60)
  • You have a tumor spot doctors can measure (and at least one lesion that can be treated with radiation, unless the only spots are in the bone marrow)
  • Your heart, liver, kidneys, and oxygen levels meet lab/heart scan thresholds
  • You (or your parent/guardian) understand the study and sign consent
