Who can take part

  • You (or a legally authorized representative) can sign consent for the study.
  • You are currently pregnant, or you have pregnancy timing that the study can classify as prospective or retrospective based on prior prenatal testing.
  • You have been diagnosed with PKU (phenylketonuria) based on standard care in your area.
  • You were treated with Pegvaliase at any time starting at least 2 weeks before your last menstrual period (LMP).
  • You agree the study team can contact your doctors (and your baby’s doctor) to collect medical information.
