Who can take part
- You’re 18 or older and can join as an inpatient or outpatient
- You have a diagnosis of schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder
- You can freely agree to join and understand the study details, in English

- Your antipsychotic and other main medications have been stable for at least 2 months
